Commercial Energy Performance Certificate inspection can take anywhere from 30 Minutes to a c few hours depending upon the size and complexity of the building layout.

Lighting

With a commercial property we also inspect:

Air conditioning
The functions carried out in each particular part of the property

Please be aware that all areas of your commercial property are inspected, so full access is required.

Commercial EPC Cost

Prices start from £190 for a basic small commercial property. However, due to the complexities of some commercial properties, we would need to provide a free quotation before proceeding.
