We are based out of Bridgend and cover most of South Wales, from Swansea to Newport and Up to Aberdare. Assessments carried out within Bridgend on properties up to 4 bedrooms are charged at a £45 flat rate with no charge for travel.
EPC assessments carried out outside the borough will be charged at the same flat rate of £45 (for properties up to 4 bedrooms), there will however be a small additional charge added for travel expenses.
Properties over 4 bedrooms are quoted separately.

For a domestic EPC assessment we will need access to the property to gather data to be able to produce the energy performance certificate. This generally takes around 20-25 minutes during this time we look at and document the boiler/heating system, glazing, the age and building type we will also need access to the loft.

If a property rates below a band E it cannot be legally let, This falls into the MEES Legislation (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard) We can offer guidance on how to improve the rating.
